50 wasn’t the only rapper shedding pounds. During Hip Hop Honors arrivals, Paul Wall tells Angela Yee that he lost 100 lbs this year after undergoing surgery. He says he was diagnosed as morbidly obese and tipped the scale at 320. Wow.
