Mannnnn I gotta bring out the Clay Davis voice:
This is some shameful shit if you’re not buying How I Got Over when it drops next week. Album is easily one of the top 5 releases of 2010. Support good music!
@Jonathan Tanners,
I’m definitly supporting The Roots—I love the new sound on this album. Roots be keeping it fresh which not only makes them the greatest Hip Hop group of all time but one of the greatest groups of all time and them is the number one reason how i got over crap like Soulja Boy.

[…] This is a great live performance by The Roots of their single “Dear God 2.0″ on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon. The Roots’ new album How I Got Over will be in stores June 22nd. Spotted at RR. […]
such a great performance. they are killing the game with their authenticity.
I can really appreciate quality music from the likes of the Roots crew. Black Thought rarely gets the recognition he deserves as being one of the best emcees ever. I will be at a local BestBuy with my money in hand to cop How I Got Over on the 22nd.
Wow, incredible performance. I slept on The Roots until they started doing Late Night, I know it’s sad it took that long but at least they’re getting more exposure now. Better late than never.
Great, are they also making fun of justin bieber with that title… cause his shit was called ”some ish 2.0”
I love the Root hey yall did u no I have a direct line 2 God ! 🙂
