Two months before Lil Wayne walks out of Rikers Island a free man, Cash Money plans to release a new EP called I’m Not A Human Being on his birthday, September 27th. Weezy’s manager Cortez Bryant says the project will include new material and serve as an appetizer to Tha Carter IV.
“We not about to roll out no three month set up,” says Bryant. “I’m not even putting it out in stores. We just gonna put it out virally and maybe package it up for Christmas. Give ’em a hard copy later for fan appreciation.”

Tha Carter 2 is still hands down Weezys best album. Classic IMO, all Tha Carters are cuz aint nobody every gonna forget how Weezy blew up forreal off those three LPs, nor what Tha Carter 3 did (despite the fact its been done before)
But Tha Carter 2 is his most lyrical, dope, I still bump it to this day. All the tracks was fire, no stupid ad libs, none of that punchline, pause, thing people do. Just straight up real talk. The only way imma buy C4 is if its similar in style to C2. C3 was okay, but it still aint no C2.

Wayne sold a mil on tha carter III. one time he crossed the mark. Rebirth sold 45, 000. It sucked dick. Recovery sold 1.1 mil in 2 weeks but thats cause noone buys cds anymore. Tha Carter IV is gonna be nasty, but eminem holds the record for most albums sold in a week for a solo artist with 1.7 mil in a week. noones touchin that. So think before you talk.
