niggas always grow up on some shit and then hate on everything that comes after.. its a cycle.. over and over again… niggas that grew up in the 80s think MJ was the best.. 90s babies think its kobe… 2000 babies gonna think its LBJ..
80’s babies grew up on Run DMC.. LL.. Rakim.. and we’re hittin there teens during Pac, Big, Big L, etc.. so niggas think they can’t be touched.. todays niggas growin up on Gucci, Souljah boy, Drake, Wayne etc.. so they think them niggas the best… when they grow up they gonna hate on the next generation.
Life goes on… music goes on… niggas try to hold on and keep the shit they grew with relevant so they are still relevant.. sucks growin up my niggas.. we all on the clock.. life to damn short..

hey man i grew up on the 90’s. born in 92. And Jordan is the Best. And just because my generation listens to gucci and the rest off the ass squad and young money. doesnt mean that all of us do. I rock

This shit is hard, and for anybody ragging on Bun B, it’s just more proof that niggas hate to see someone they like get recognition.
It’s almost like they don’t feel like an individual anymore because more of the world is starting to take heed of your favorite mc’s talent. I been there, I put more niggas on to Jay-z than anybody I know of in ’96, but to act like Bun B isn’t dope anymore, just because the nigga got more exposure, is crazy.
Oh, and I grew up in the late 80’s and I feel Kobe is the best, so it’s not about your particular generation, it’s about being honest with yourself and the facts.
