Po recently rolled to Mexico City to shoot visuals for his street single. His album Gangland is tentatively scheduled to drop in December, but if Po has it his way, his other LP The Messiah will be released the same day.

The most disappointing thing to me (besides his voice and delivery) is the fact that he talked like he was a changed man. Like he was on some different level of thinking and he was done rhyming bout the petty stuff he always had. That is the reason he gave for switching his vocal tone and his delivery up so much remember?
Now not only is he spittin’ the same content but he’s delivering it worse than before and now he has the added arrogance of thinking God preserved him to spit this stuff to us……… jail must really suck.

I remember YN said that the reason Shyne switched his voice up is because he got tired of ppl calling him a BIG soundalike. But if he did give that reason you said,then thats a pretty lame excuse.

I actually think your reason is closer to the truth. He should’ve just said that. There’s no way he can come out of jail in 2010 soundin’ like BIG and have any kind of success. We could all acknowledge it’s probably wise to switch things up. He shouldn’t have tried to give some profound reason for it , then when he gets behind the mic start spittin’ the same garbage he always did. I had kinda hoped the dude had grown more.
We don’t want him soft but a little more substance from a nigga that did hard time and was deported for some dumb choices would’ve been something the game could actually use and grow from. Who’s he blessin’ with talkin’ bout rollin’ on niggas? Oh well he’s not the first nigga to touch down and forget the changes he was supposed to have made when he was locked up.
