Hov took time to pay homage to hip-hop’s fallen soldiers especially Em’s homie Proof and his friend, Christopher Wallace. It’s a “Hard Knock Life” above and Iceberg Slim has “A Dream” to Aerosmith’s “Dream On” on the other side.

Imagine Jigga leaving a concert, he’s dressed in all black everything. He pulls up to an abandon warehouse. He goes thru the door, the warehouse is very spacious but empty and very quiet. Jay starts walking, his footsteps echo thru out the warehouse. He comes up to a door that is dirty, the door knob is rusty and their are a few spider webs just above near the door hinges. He opens the door and proceeds inside, the room is very small with very bright white lights and all four walls, the floor and the otherside of the door is completely white. There is only a white chair in the middle of the floor, Jay sits down in it and he sits their for 6hours, 6minutes and 6 seconds. Then he gets up and leaves the room, walks thru the warehouse to the entrance, leaves the building, jumps in his car and drives off.”

Jay-z had Big L killed because he was on pace to become the greatest Rapper of all-time, and Jay didnt want to sit in his shadow. He also had Aaliyah dealt with so Beyonce could become queen of hiphop/r&b, because lets face it, Aaliyah was on pace to be way bigger then Beyonce before she left.
