The tape is dope. I mean with all the haters here, its not like he ruined everyone of these classic records. I can still listen to Shook Ones and be cool with this. I mean he did his thing. I think Diggy is nice. I mean he does has some corny lines sometimes but I think hes gonna be able to make a name for himself and grow into a better rapper. Its not like its gonna happen immediately but I think his debut can do well if he loses some of that futuristic shit he was doing on the AirBorne mixtape. The record with Lupe and Pharrell was good but I mean the whole tape sonically just doesn’t sound like him and he doesnt sound comfortable. Next year we’ll see if hes got what it takes. kingofphilly81 is right, stop hating on the kid. Once he puts out his debut, then you can judge em.

What were you doing at 15? Diggy started because he had the resources because of who is dad was…that doesn’t mean he isn’t good. If I had a fucking studio I would too and so would you, plain and simple. I doubt preemo would go out and sponsor this kid as a favor, it’s possible he thinks Diggy is going to be one of the greats and now he’s hopped on to mentor him. Premier is exactly what he needed and it showed in this tape. Digg’s got 2 of the dopest producers to ever do it backing him…but nah he sucks because he’s young…
