Yesterday, Forbes revealed their top five richest Hip Hop artists. With Sean John and his Ciroc partnership, Diddy takes the top spot with Jay-Z right behind. Money ain’t a thang.

3. Dr. Dre ($125 million)
4. 50 Cent ($100 million)
5. Birdman ($100 million)

50 don’t make money off of music. He’s an entrepreneur and makes money off of other investments. Rick Ross makes money strictly off of his music.

Ok, not to rain on nobody’s fun parade but you do realize that Forbes based their findings on the financial activities of the past fiscal year plus what is “estimated” thier net worth is, they even state that these figures are based on documented activities to “their” knowledge. Simply put, while thes numbers give you an idea of what they “may” be worth at the time, it doesn’t take into every assest or business venture that they may have plus what they may have occured “after” the list was done.so for all we know, birdman could have more than that, or better yet, Hov could actually number one
