Rolling Stone was one of the lucky few to preview Drizzy’s upcoming album, Take Care. Drake confirmed that “Shot For Me”, “Free Spirit” with Rick Ross and “The Real Her” with Lil Wayne will be featured on the album. Below is a excerpt from the article.
He cues up several tracks in various states of completion, all of which sit squarely in the sparse, somber register that
I want that headlines and the ride now
I WANNA HEAR THESE SONGS
Drizzy bout to drop a CLASSIC! Shitt will be timeless music for the ages!
OVOXO NIGGA TAKE CARE AYYYYY!!!
The beats are gonna be better than anything Drake says. Please don’t gas this album. It’ll be a decent rap album with great beats.
drake going get busy on this…dude nice..
…Target celebrating their 30th anniversary by giving out giftcards http://goo.gl/uRb6J ..up to $1000..crazy!
I’m actually less excited for the album now that I’ve read this. I was hoping he’d left the Lil Wayne’s and Rick Ross’s at home for this one.
HAHA@”Drizzy bout to drop a CLASSIC! Shitt will be timeless music for the ages!” Don’t use the word “CLASSIC” like that.
I really didn’t want Wayne and Ross to hop on this album smh. Hopefully most of his other songs are solo records.
this nigga a cornball, did anyone see how he tried to look tough in the I’m on one video? hahahaha
if I want to listen to an r&b album I’ll go listen to frank ocean or someshit
Drake is wack as fuck, only bitches listen to his music.
and no I don’t need to listen to Drake to get bitches, I bump some 2pac WONDER WHY THEY CALL U BITCH in the whip and bitches come flocking regardless!
The album should be dope. I thinl Drake will have on his albums as long as he Young Money but he should have left Rick Ross off this is not DJ Khalid album he don’t need to pretend on this.
*I think drake will have wayne on his albums as long as he young money
Oh baby Drake gonna drop a classic on these niggas. My son still pees the bed. Im a slut, Take Care.
No hate? but how did 1.burb 2.actor and 3.baby oil soft jew get in the rap game?
Damn I mean this nigga snuck in like a immigrant
Shit sound like another luvy dovy cornball type of shit anyway
cosign so icy boi fan rnb Drake>>>>>>>> rap Drake
Out of every two rap albus or mixtape u pick up today rick ross is on it……u might think he is fake but he is not half as repetitive as ur favourite rappers and he is respected by his peers so go kill yourselves.
For every hater who comments he will sell 1000 copies lol. DRIZZY BOUT TO KILL THE GAME AGAIN
hottest rapper in the game the only artist that got like five songs on every radio station laughing at the haters burbs i the bitch street rap is dead lol
No! Dont do it Florence and Jamie! That Far Nearer track is dope tho
Not bad Im looking forward for this, hopefully less singing and more rapping. Drizzy always gets good beats so it’s all up to him to show his worth on the mic…
Where’s the single Drizzy? I’m hoping Take Care is more rapping than singing. Judging by the article it seems he’s trying to bring back the So Far Gone style. If most of the joints on Take Care sound like Successful, Fear, Say What’s Real and some other joints then the album could be a classic.
Take Care!!!!
But f rolling stones for giving some of the lines away wtf
WTf crap fake MF
i didnt really listen to the first album only for what came out as singles, but ill check this out for the ross song
tuck your whole summer in drake talking wreckless (watch me take it)
drakes gunna drop a some classic shit. Hes feeling the pressure from ross, j.cole who are all dropping albums within a month of his. im tellin u this album will be worth the wait.
