Seems like Rozay is still making additions to his empire. After talks for the past few months, Ross called into Atlanta’s Hot 107.9 this evening and officially welcomed DJ Scream to Maybach Music Group and spoke on the move. Sweet!

Everyones following Jay-Z’s old blueprint of signing a hot mixtape dj, that’s hot on the streets & radio ala “Dj Clue” . I’ve heard some of Scream’s stuff here & there. Let’s see what the outcome is, T.I. just lost Drama to E1 Music ; as well as Khaled leaving Fat Joe/ Terror Squad for greener pastures @ YMCMB. It’s hard to keep a dj on your team, when he eventually becomes bigger than his labelmates & boss (if he’s an artist in his own right)
Maybe Jeezy will late announce that another big dj “Bigga Rankin” will drop his album through C.T.E. ; Rankin handles the a&r over there as a director of the dept. I believe
