This slipped under the radar, but over the weekend, Machine Gun Kelly was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct for organizing a flash mob at a Cleveland mall. Yesterday, a clerk at the Strongsville Mayor’s Court, confirmed that he and his partners in crime paid their measly $230 fines. Laced up, indeed.
