News
Just two months after revealing the release date, the K.R.I.T’s debut has now been pushed back to early next year. Cole, you’re alone now.
As soon as I heard Yela and Krit was dropping same day as Cole I knew they both would get ushed back.
Hate to admit it but it’s probably for the best. Hopefully he’ll sell more with the later date. He deserves it.

KRIT >>>>>>>>> Cole

ye i agree he can get more of a buzz going
dude already got 2 classic mixtapes
cant wait
Not too disappointed, that means we’ll get a few good months of promo and shit and he can drop properly.
Shook by Cole’s one and only Roc Nation album…
#HA
I knew it was gunna get pushed back…no singles or promo…but krit def better than Cole…
WTF…4 months?? How does an album that was supposed to come out in 2 weeks get pushed 4 months??
WORD ON THE STREET COLE GOT 86′ FROM “ROC-NATION” BECAUSE OF THE SEXTAPE WITH RIHANNA!!
NO ODIES MI OPINION!!!!
Well I seen this coming like Cleo?
^
Smart move tho? Cole wouldve of got most of the attention? K.r.i.t maybe sign to Def jam, but he is still underground status wise
Krit>>>cole by far.
Whats so great bout K.R.I.T he sound just like David Banner
Damn, was looking forward to that purchase this month. K.R.I.T. doesn’t sound anything like Banner. He’s sound is a lot more soulful. No disrespect to Banner.
I’m guessing everyone like big krit cuz he’s not mainstream
lol @ Krit being better than cole. Stop lying to yourselves
9/27….easy!
wow says:
I’m guessing everyone like big krit cuz he’s not mainstream
^^ EXACTLY THIS. that’s why I hate most people on these blogs, Cole def. better than this dude and he’s already proved it
Damn he does sound like Banner lmfao… Yall must be retared to say this nigga better than Cole. Those must be the niggas that have Waka all over ther their ipods
You haters are making it seem like KRIT is bad. No, his lyrics are dope, has some classic instrumentals, and has some real and soulful music.
I wouldn’t say that he could contend with Cole lyrically, but he’s a lot more potent and hard hitting with his lines.
They’re both good. SMH and those sayin ones better than the other. KRITs a much better producer while Cole’s better lyrically. KRIT has the ability to say shit simply yet powerful however. He’s also more consistant. Cole’s been gettin to hoemotional lately, needs to get back on that Warm Up tip
yea, wouldnt have been a good look selling 20K 1st week on a major label debut
Big K.R.I.T.>>>> Cole
Its the straight up truth
I like J Cole better
umm 9th, Pusha, Yela, Phonte, and Evidence all come drop on this same day… J. Cole is far from alone dummy! what a day tho damn…
Maybe it’s for the best cuz Sept 27. should be J cole’s day. #Cole World No Sextape
Big K.R.I.T = 2011 David Banner
@QZA: Sadly Yelawolf got his shit pushed back to Oct. (sametime Drake drops Take Care.)…
IMO J. Cole is better than K.R.I.T lyrically and producer-wise but I like both their music. How ya comparing K.R.I.T to Banner smh.
So much for getting that refund check money
FUCK!
This album has gotten me through the last month of hip hop releases. WTT was disappointing, RED was disappointing, C4 was disappointing, and I’m still betting on him, but I never really expected to be concerned about J. Cole disappointing. But I know for damn sure Big KRIT ain’t never gonna disappoint, and that was reassuring.
I guess the moral of the story is, J. Cole you better kill this motherfuckin album.
Saw KRIT in concert here in da Lou and he not only ripped it he brought a diverse crowd thru. So his underground status isn’t totally true. And his album deserves a better push so he can do numbers. He eatin off tourin and producin so he not mad and his true fans shud b content wit the wait. Check me out tho: http://t.co/nJ1KYZx
Big KRIT is like Neil Young to J. Cole’s Bob Dylan.

I was looking forward to K.R.I.T’s album, but I can wait…I have to be honest, I think K.R.I.T. is better than Cole song wise. Besides “Lights Please” Cole hasn’t really made any great songs with substance. Yeah Cole can rap (metaphors and flow) but he has no personality in his songs and dude is just boring. I listened to Return of 4eva and Any Given Sunday, and AGS sounded like a mixtape, Return of 4eva was basically an album that K.R.I.T. gave away. But both are good for hip hop.
Might as well wait for it.
