Kendrick is really good but at the same time very overrated. When they so called passed the torch to him I was thinking, how the fuck they pick him over Jay Rock.
I like Kendrick as a lyrical rapper but Jay Rock raps from the heart and all his songs are hard. Compare any Kendrick song with Jay Rock’s mothers day song and tell me whos better than who. who.
kendrick and Jay Rock are both dope to me in different ways.The only thing is Kendrick is so original for the West while Jay Rock is dope in a classic west coast way and kind of has a voice like The Game.Jay Rock is real hot too though.
