A few weeks back, Yelawolf gave a breakdown of his album Radioactive on Shade 45. If you missed out, here’s footage from his six pack special. Needless to say, Radioactive in stores now.
Radioactive = Trying waaay too hard. Boring album as a result, talent spread to thin, whack features, and half the songs sound like throwaways. Shoud’ve stuck to what he was good at, making hard ass southern jams, not shitty mainstream shit.

Radioactive = biggest flop of 2011
I agree with BKJames in that a few of the songs on Radioactive sounded like “recovery” throwaways. Yelas still dope but this cd had like 5 or 6 love songs. Still good music just not really stuff to rattle your trunk.
this definitely didn’t have 5 or 6 love songs…good girl was close but still not really, skit leading up to it was obviously a big joke. and the hardest love song in the world was kind of a love song but not a soft gay one. it was gritty and something adults can enjoy. honestly this cd is made almost strictly for white people though as far as content is concerned, not in a racist way but in all his references are mostly white people music that black people don’t generally like and it has a southern country feel to it. he had a lot of chill out songs but that was expected. the sound he had on trunk muzik was tight but the masses will never appreciate such an underground sound. he went for classics and succeeded.
obama = biggest flop america has ever seen
“A lot of white rap in one room.” Haha. I like this dude.
