Let’s start off with the obvious when we talk about GZA. Straight up garbage. How can people honestly like this trash? When will we wake up, this is not music at all?
@MegaMan do you honestly believe that in your heart?? GZA is one of the most gifted MC’s in the Clan. 99% of the time i ignore your trolling, but even you cant believe the GZA is trash.
B. DOT GREAT POST THANK YOU!!!!!
@Track King Cole
Hey bro MegaMan is probably a 12 year old who ain’t got shit to do but talk shit about an artist he’s never listen to. With that said, GZA is definitely one of the greatest and most underrated MC’s to grace the mic!
I like and respect GZA but I’m not going to listen to these Harvard lectures because I prefer to live in ignorance. Can someone just tell when he drops the line:
“You need to diversify yo bonds nigga.”
Wow it’s crazy how far hip hop has come to where ppl in Ivy league schools study our music.This is hip hop

[…] Last month, GZA announced that his then upcoming lecture at Harvard University would focus on his creative process and Wu-Tang history. This week, the audio of GZA’s lecture was released. Below, “The Genius” gives a glimpse into this genius. [Source] […]

I just shake my head at people like MEGAMAN. I don’t understand it. GZA can spit circles around any of these new so-called “rap superstars.” It’s sad because I’m starting to see it all over. Go to a college party and try to play Wu-Tang…. 3/4 of the kids don’t know who Wu-Tang is and would rather listen to something that sounds more “catchy” because they won’t take the time to listen to these lyrical masters.
I love the GZA but why the fuck are you trying to play that shit at a college party? That’s not party music and you’re not gonna get people to like that shit by being a douche all like “omg fuck catchy party music let’s all just try to listen to the wu’s lyrical mastery”
fuck that if you trying to party then you don’t listen to the wu i hate all u idiots out there always talking about how new rappers don’t have lyrics, the games changed stop being an old geezery fuck trying to be all like “i listen to real hip hop”
