I’m currently reading his book right now. Great read so far!
I start my day every morning with this show, so I knew RR followers would appreciate the interview. His book is a terrific book, I read it when it first came out. You won’t be able to put it down at all.
Oh, YEAH….Mama I made it RR shouted me out. 🙂

Yeah, Morning Joe is a fairly good show as far as political talk goes. Willie has come a long way. He actually had a familiarity and comfort with hip hop that really comes across in the interview. Steve put on and has had an interesting trajectory in hip hop. He’s fast becoming the mainstream’s go-to guy for a more mature dissection of the culture. Sidenote, “Up” with Chris Hayes is another dope show.
Steve Stoute is Hip Hop Royalty, besides his current work with Jay-Z he was also Nas’ manager in the early 90’s linking him up with Will Smith to do “Gettin’ Jiggy W/ it” which went on to win the Grammy. Being the Marketing genius who linked Hip Hop artists with Major Brands like HP & GM, Steve has been a main contributor to extended the spectrum of “The Dream”
