It’s a thin line between love and hate. But leave it up to Wale to walk the narrow path on his new track. The Gifted drops June 25th.

oh shit wale comin out same day as cole wowwww
Decent song. But his story telling skills aren’t on Cole’s and Kendrick’s level.
Solid.
Wale keeps it consistent.
Excited for The Gifted.
he is not clear at all! and i see he’s proselytizing for african faith churches smh. he better drop another single because i’m not sold.
btw i feel some new nas, jay, biggy is missing not kendrick or jcole either…
Wale got more bars than kendrick and cole put together ..

JR u dont that nonsense yourself! go back to the fucking hut you came from and stop listening to hiphop pls dont comment on this culture you looking stooooopid out here with that statement dumbass!
u dont believe
I’m loving this song. The track’s soulful, Marvin Gay’esque, and the flow’s impeccsble. Good job, Wale!!! Keep it up.
Very cool song. Beautiful production. Versus are a little eh but they’ll grow on me. Happy to see wale slowly dropping the mmg sound.
Wale way more lyrical than cole..kendrick on the same tip..but this is smooth
[…] Props: RR […]
Double Wood
The notion that Wale is nicer than cole laughable. The songs they’ve been on together tell the entire story.
Oh, this is a dope fucking song though. Nice theme, fantastic production.
production was nice. everything was meh.
else*
Cole outshines wale on beautiful bliss. Wale outshined cole on you got it. They were even with currensy on Rather be with you.
Big Wale fan but I sont really get this song I like the chorus but he seeds to be slipping words unless its censored. Has to grow on me
its cool,,,,
He uses the same flow on alot of songs. He even went back to the Sabotage flow in the hook and I think that’s James Blake on the hook
since i’m not on mobile I will say more..and screw verses coming out as versus too. anyways. yeah the production was nice, his verses should of been more relative to normal every day relationships or whatever, sorry wale but not everyone is at the top right now. and yeah he stuck with the sabotage flow which is meh..this track for me personally is still nice but could of definitely of been delivered better. Like break up song type lyrics would of been the key..because everyone would of related to.
It’s an Okay song, I don’t like how Wale sound on this.
To each its own. Born Sinner 6/18.
Y’all some picky ass listeners this shit was tight
TRASH!!!! GET THIS INDIA ARIE ASS LOOKIN’ FOOL OUTTA HERE!!!! GOOD LUCK IN JUNE FUCK FACE WIT THAT EMO ESTROGEN BULLSHIT MUSIC U PUSHIN’!!!!
DON’T HATE ON MY OPINION!!!!
Born Sinner Vs. The Gifted Vs. Yeezus
Fuck Kanye let the little niggas Live Your washed Lyrically u touch these Niggaz
*u cant touch these niggaz
i like this record a lot. it’s fresh. wale may give cole a run for his money in terms of who has the better album.
Every single song Wale, Rick Ross, Meek Mill and the whole MMG have done is wack. Not one song is good. They’re all horrible.

DON’T HATE ON MY OPINION!!!!
Not crazy about this one but def not a bad song just uneventful
thats a dope jam, new age listeners might not feel it tho
Lol nigga said wale is more lyrical then cole n kendrick. Ab-Soul line comes 2mind “must be smoking rocks” lol
this wont be as big as “BAD” but its still a decent track to say the least
Often more times than not I find myself wondering WHAT THE FUCK Wale be talking about
take away the beats from wale and you have nothing, point blank..
great song.
@B Diesel i thought it was just me. And it sounds like he lost his flow. Curious to see what The Gifted has to offer and it has no features. Nice!
Is it that hard to listen? Y’all them niggas that need print out sheets when rappers rap. Just listen to the words. It’s not a fuckin story. It’s mainly about the area and friends on that love/hate shit. Indian givers
I agree with Man. I listened to the song several times and read the lyrics. Made more sense then.
