The-Dream is currently in custody and booked on two felony assaults including three misdemeanors: assault, reckless endangerment, and child endangerment.
TMZ reports that Terius turned himself into the NYPD this morning after a warrant was issued for an alleged domestic dispute with his ex-fiance during her pregnancy in April of 2013.
UPDATE: A rep from his camp has issued a statement:
“Dream voluntarily surrendered to the Midtown North Precinct this morning in order to responsibly address the false allegations filed against him by Lydia Nam. He is innocent of the charges filed against him today.”
