This is one of the nigga who brought all the gay Shit to the game…. Kanye wearing kilts and taking up for gays, lil b wearing blouses, Asap Rocky wearing skirts.
Also one of the niggas who start banging after 25 and never got quoted on shit…
These niggas can rap but they be on some suspect type shit.
LX
true
nigga need to drop that carter v already…
Once he drops Tha Carter V you’re just going to hate like you always do
That Not true.
Wayne is a top 10 rapper ever. Waiting for C5
O hell nah!!!!!!!!!!!!put that nigga at tha number 10 spot Kendrick j.cole Nas jay-Z & T.i are better than that nigga
Kendrick could get there one day, Jay Z and Nas already are. But Wayne in his prime is unheard of. Top 10 ever
My top 10 make Wayne in his prime sound like a basic rap nigga that just throws a bunch of words together but really 99% of those words are meaningless gibberish.
Wayne got an honorary degree on his English use, he’s one of the best lyricists to pic up a microphone. The metaphors and similes Wayne has spit can be matched by no one in the rap game ever. Most of the time it goes over people’s head or they don’t like his subject matter so they hate him. Eminent is a close second. Wayne isn’t taken seriously because of the way he carries himself but lyricism is undeniable. Nobody’s top 10 can make Wayne look like a basic nigga no matter what era.
Thats false, Wayne being great at metaphors and smilies doesn’t mean he’s better then everybody else who do some of the same things. Wayne doesn’t go over my head at all. Common does the same things but the difference is the intricacies involved with his metaphors and similes have complexities to them that makes Wayne’s basic shit sound like fuckery. Lupe does the same things, Black Thought, Ghostface, Atmosphere, Method Man, Fabolous etc… do the same things, the difference is their use of metaphors and similies go beyond the skills of Lil Wayne. I got Ras Kass as #8 in my top ten. He’s not rich and famous and his rhymes aint just a bunch of words thrown together for the fuck of it because of some word association with no connection to any subject matter or reason or meaning like Wayne. However from metaphors to similies to punchlines to knowing where to put those plays on words is so beyond Wayne its like comparing a fighter jet to a paper plane as far as lyricism is concerned. Wayne has alot of material and MOST of it is mindless nonsense. So I only judge his best songs vs the other great MCs but even with that, from technical rhyming skills, to intellect to lyrical dynamics, if Wayne is in your tope ten? Its because money and fame and popularity are of more value to you then lyricism because the great MCs that I know of? Make Wayne sound ridiculous in comparison.
