He’s an artist from the 90’s making 90’s type music. Does it sound dated? Sure, but it’s intentional. What he’s talking about is anything, but bullshit. You don’t have to love it, but at least show respect where it’s due.

Some people are more comfortable making the kinda music they have mastered during the essence of the 90s because alot of this new 2015 type shit don’t sound as dope and the dope shit sounds like its trying to get back to the past in alot of ways. Dj Premier just did a beat for Game on the Doc 2 that was crazy using an oldschool technique and that beat shits on alot new sounds beats nowadays.
