Depending on the outlook one can also say that the cross represents evil as the crucifixion in essence was a form of capital punishment in ancient Roman so one can also conclude that the cross/crucifix represents everything opposite to Christ etc…. I merely say that to say, that to my best understanding, these symbols, in nature are neutral, depends on how and what purpose a person chooses to use said symbols, just as both the Bible and Quran have equally been used for Evil but these inherently are meant for Good.
