Kanye took folks to church for his seventh appearance on Saturday Night Live this evening. Accompanied by The-Dream, Young Thug, Kelly Price, El DeBarge and A$AP Bari, Ye gave a live performance of “Highlights”. Afterward, he and his choir kept the mass going with The-Dream, Kelly Price, Kirk Franklin, and Chance The Rapper for “Ultralight Beam”.
Before ending his performance, he announced the release of The Life Of Pablo. Tidal subscribers can purchase and stream while others can access it here.
It must of been some Hennessy flowing backstage before the performance.

I didn’t like it either and I’m a Kanye Stan too, I’m still a fan of him but I can’t defend this album. When he wasted all those dope samples in the beginning of “Father Stretched My Hands”… I was pissed.
Yeah… Father Stretched My Hands started so strong, then the verse was horrible. The beat felt like it gave up and then the song ended halfway through the hook. Wackness.

Yea… Experimental doesn’t equate “effective”. Again, I APPLAUD his efforts and Kanye has changed the game forever. All I’m saying is the very game he changed HAS changed. And a lot of artist that he inspired or Fatherd are currently making more solid, cohesive bodies of work than he is! And I say that as a person who ALWAYS looked forward to Ye’s projects as something that this fragmented culture could be on one page about. He USED to reset the playing field with every project.
