HOV’s still got it. This week, his latest LP, 4:44 takes the top spot on Billboard 200 charts. At 14 number ones, JAY-Z continues to hold the most number one albums of any solo artist in Billboard history and the second most among all acts (The Beatles with 19).
Released two weeks ago (June 30) exclusively on TIDAL, following all music platforms and retail stores the following week (July 7), the album has moved 262,000 units, with 174,000 in tradition sales. Last week, 4:44 was certified platinum five days after its release. Congrats!
