Things Done Changed
There’s a new face at the top post of Def Jam. Music manager, film and TV producer Paul Rosenberg has been appointed to take the CEO seat at Def Jam. Currently president of Shady Records, which he co-founded with business partner Eminem, Rosenberg has founded management company Goliath Artists Inc. and has overseen artists Danny Brown, Action Bronson, Blink-182, DJ AM and more during his career. He will replace current Def Jam CEO, Steve Bartels beginning in 2018. Congrats, Paul!
Paul seems cool but his brother Peter is a dork.
bit racist, eh mate?
what a jew ?
He is also the co-founder of RapRadar
he makes the mony now ??
Congrats to Paul. As long as they have someone who truly loves Hip Hop running Def Jam I’m cool with it.
before em hip hop was cooler
now we definitely gonna get that em ft Kanye West record now.
hope so …
The fucking grave yard!
He seems like he would do a decent job but my question is why him? He hasn’t done much over the past 10 years that didn’t directly involve Em. Unless I’m just not up on what he has been doing in music the last 10 years. He is the head of Shady records, right?
He keeps his ear to the street, whether it is the alchemist, action bronson, danny brown, westside gunn & conway. think this is a good look for def jam.
a fucking jew …
