Meek Mill will not be home for the holidays. Earlier this morning, a Philadelphia judge denied Meek Mill’s request for bail. According to documents obtained by TMZ, the motion was denied by Judge Genece Brinkley due to the validity of clean drug tests. Brinkley also says that the rapper is a”flight risk” and “a danger to the community”.
Early last month, Meek Mill was sentenced to 2-4 years for probation violation. Since then, Meek’s lawyer has filed a motion to dismiss the judge from the case and plans to appeal the sentence for her unfair sentencing. Free Meek Mill.
