Looks like Offset decided to put a ring on it. Last night, Hip Hop’s newest couple was made official during the Power 99’s Powerhouse concert in Philly. During the Migos and Cardi B’s performance, Offset surprised his lady by getting down on one knee and proposed. Congrats!

TMZ has obtain a marriage license from Fulton County, Georgia that documents the couple secretly tied the knot on September 20, 2017. Congrats again.
