21 Savage may have a lot more problems than he already has.

A new development has just surfaced related to Sunday’s arrest when 21 was taken into custody in Atlanta by Immigration & Customs Enforcement. The British-born rapper is currently detained for illegally residing in the U.S. after his visa expired in 2006.

According to new reports, a fully loaded gun was found in the red Dodge Challenger the rapper was operating when he attempted switch streets while crossing over a sidewalk. A glock, an extended magazine and a styrofoam cup of an unknown substance was allegedly found.

Atlanta rapper Young Nudy, who was driving one of the three vehicles involved, was initially the primary target of an operational investigation that lead to the arrests. ATF, DeKalb K-9 Unit, Vice Unit, Narcotics Unit, Georgia State Patrol and the DeKalb 90 Unit were all on the scene.

Police also say that one of the other drivers during the arrest, Kalil Smith, reportedly had a M4 rifle with the muzzle pointed towards one of the arresting officers.

21 Savage is currently still in custody with ICE. Yesterday, JAY-Z and Roc Nation lent their support by hiring lawyer Alex Spiro to assist with 21 Savage’s ongoing deportation proceedings.
