Rest easy, Little Big Man.

After long months of battling pancreatic cancer, Geto Boys member Bushwick Bill has passed away. He was 52.

The rapper died peacefully at a Houston hospital Sunday night (June 9) with his immediate family by his side.

In May, Bushwick Bill announced that he was diagnosed with stage 4 of pancreatic cancer and has been undergoing intensive chemotherapy treatments ever since February. He was set to embark on both a solo tour and a reunion tour with the Geto Boys, but were both put on halt.

Born with dwarfism, Little Billy joined the Geto Boys as an official MC in 1986 following a previous stint as a dancer for the group. From then to 2010, Bushwick Bill appeared on eight of the Geto Boys’ albums alongside Scarface and Willie D and released six solo albums as well. R.I.P. Bushwick Bill.
