Just in case you weren’t aware, EPIX’ crime-drama series, Godfather of Harlem premieres this Sunday, September 29. The series follows Harlem crime boss Bumpy Johnson, played by Forest Whitaker. In support of the release, they they share a music video off the soundtrack curated by Swizz Beatz.
Accompanied with scenes from the series and co-starring Whitaker, the actor toasts it up with Swizz Beatz, Rick Ross Ana DMX at Harlem’s Minton club in the early ’60s. Swizzy chops it up with the actor by the bar and also conducts a mass in church. Draped in a mink, Rozay offers Whitaker some work from Florida while Dark Man X discusses one-on-one business with him over a drink. Goddamn it!
Swizz + The Bo$$ + The Dog = Fire!!!! You Broke Jealous hater’s can keep sucking the dick up until you hiccup!!!!
DMX is Tupac in another universe if Pac never left New York
always thought of DMX as Tupac with rabies
DMX tried to son Rick Ross on his Breakfast Club interview a few years back. Clown…
Correction, DMX tried to act like Rick Ross didn’t have lyrics on the Breakfast Club interview… I shouldn’t call him a clown.
DMX sonned Ross in his verse on this very song sitting right next to him, listen to those lyrics!!! “how many times you been behind the wall? NONE, you either snitching or lying about the shit you done. you aint never moved a brick only thing you ever shot was bull”
Did DMX just son Ross haha
