Happy Mad Skillz Day.

The city of Richmond has just dubbed February 13 as Mad Skillz Day. And to usher in the holiday, Mad Skillz has released a new video.

In the celebratory clip, the Virginia veteran MC strolls through the city with little Regan, and attempts to do her hair on the front stoop. Skillz is for the children.
