New Album: The Weeknd ‘After Hours (Deluxe)’

The Weeknd is here.

The Weeknd finds him battling his inner-demons from love to fear, as well as sex, violence and joy on his highly-anticipated fourth studio album, After Hours.

Just days after its release on Friday, March 20, the Toronto singer introduces the deluxe version which features an additional five tracks consisting of his SNL version of “Scared To Live”, and four remixes including a Vaporewave Remix to “Heartless” featuring Lil Uzi Vert. A week later, XO reups the project with three new records, “Nothing Compares”, “Missing You”, and “Lullaby”.

Making it his first project since 2016’s Starboy, After Hours is lead by the eerie “Heartless“, followed by the dance-infused, “Blinding Lights“, and the heartrending title track, “After Hours“.

Now with 22 tracks in total, the LP features contributions from Belly, Metro Boomin, Tame Impala’s Kevin Parker, and more. Prior to its release, The Weeknd has since dedicated the album to one of his most loyal fans, Lance, who passed away earlier in the month. R.I.P.
