Jeezy has finally put a ring on his long-time girlfriend Jeannie Mai. The rapper proposed to the television personality and The Real host back on March 27, PEOPLE has just confirmed.

Jeezy, 42, originally had planned to propose to Jeannie, 41, sometime in April during a previously planned vacation to Vietnam. However, their romantic trip was postponed due to the traveling restrictions caused by the ongoing Coronavirus outbreak. Instead, Jeezy brought her native land to their Los Angeles home for their ‘Quarantine Date Night’ and proposed.

In November of 2018, the couple began dating shortly after they met on the set of The Real, but went public with their relationship just last August. This will be Mai’s second marriage and Jeezy’s first.

Jeezy, who just recently became an independent artist, released his final project on Def Jam, a joint EP with Shawty Redd, Twenty/20 Pyrex Vision also on March 27. Congrats to both!
