Benny The Butcher was shot during a robbery attempt in Houston over the weekend.

TMZ reports that on Saturday (Nov. 14), Benny was in a vehicle with his entourage in a Walmart parking lot when a car of five pulled up and demanded their jewelry. After not complying fast enough, one of the gunman fired a shot hitting Benny in his leg before both parties fled the scene.

Benny, who released his Burden Of Proof last month, was then transported to the hospital for his non-life threatening injuries.

Just hours before, Boosie Badazz was shot in Dallas while cruising the strip mall, Big T’s Plaza. He was in town to pay respects to his late friend, Mo3, who was fatally shot on Wednesday (Nov. 11) on Interstate 35.
