Making his solo debut on the show, KiD CuDi brought his Man On The Moon III to Saturday Night Live on Saturday (April 10) and payed homage to the late Kurt Cobain sporting the legend’s most iconic looks.

For his first performance with “Tequila Shots”, KiD CuDi wore a green cardigan sweater reminiscent of Kurt’s during Nirvana’s 1993 “MTV Unplugged” concert. Underneath was a t-shirt of the late comedian, actor and SNL cast member, Chris Farley.

Returning to the stage with his band, KiD CuDi then performed “Sad People” in a spaghetti-strapped floral dress designed by Virgil Abloh, which was similar to the dress Kurt Cobain famously wore.

KiD CuDi also starred in “Weird Little Flue” along with Pete Davidson and Chris Redd, which was skit paying tribute to flutes in hip hop including JAY-Z’s “Big Pimpin’” and Future’s “Mask Off”.
