Lil Mosey Pleads Not Guilty To Rape
Mosey has his day in court.
Lil Mosey is claiming his innocence in his recent second-degree charge.
The 19-year-old rapper appeared Lewis County Superior Court in Chehalis, Washington on Tuesday (April 27) and plead not guilty after not appearing in his initial court appearance the previous week, reports The Chronicle.
A $50,000 warrant for his arrest was issued, but has since been dropped due to his court summons being mailed to a residence he had not lived in for five years.
Lil Mosey is being accused of rapping a woman after she and a female friend attended a party on January 6, 2020. The victim claims consensual sex with Mosey, but was allegedly assaulted by Mosey and co-defendant Francisco Prater (19) afterwards.
Lil Mosey is due back in court June 17 ahead of his July 19 trial date and is facing a maximum sentence of life in prison.
