Lil Durk has just scored his second no. 1 debut on the Billboard 200 charts with his latest album, 7220.
Billboard reports the album moved 120,500 equivalent album units in its first week with 2,500 of the sum in traditional album sales, making it his largest week. The album clocked in 117,500 SEA units equating 164.81 million on-demand streams of the album’s 17 tracks.
7220 marks the rapper’s first solo No. 1 album and his fifth top 10 entry. Lil Durk’s previous chart-topping album was last year’s collaborative album with Lil Baby, The Voice Of The Heroes. 7220 also is this year’s third largest week for an album, which is currently lead by Gunna’s DS4Ever and The Weeknd’s Dawn FM.
Released on March 11, 7220 features the tracks “Pissed Me Off“, “Ahhh Ha“, “Barbarian“, the Morgan Wallen-featured “Broadway Girls“, and collaborations with Future, Gunna, and Summer Walker. He has since released the deluxe which features the only additional track, “Computer Murderers“. Congrats!
