Album: Boldy James, Real Bad Man ‘Killing Nothing’

Boldy James and Real Bad Man reconnecting on their new collaborative album, Killing Nothing.

For the follow-up to 2020’s Real Bad Boldy, the Detroit rapper and the producer go straight for the kill on “All The Way Out“, link with Stove God Cooks and Rome Streetz for the bar-heavy “Open Door“, and usher the premiere with their new video, “5 Mississippi“.

Other tracks throughout the 13-track set includes “Water Under The Bridge”, “Hundred Ninety Bands”, “Ain’t No Bon Jovi”, “Cash Transactions” featuring
Knowledge The Pirate, and “Medelin'” featuring Crimeapple.

“Lyrically, a lot of rappers are so caught up in what everything thinks they’re supposed to be doing, that they don’t kill records anymore.” Boldy James comments on the album. “I feel like even though I don’t make the biggest energy records, or club records, for girls to shake their ass too, I feel like I got the most consistent flow in the game. When I work with Real Bad Man, we be killing shit, to me even on our off days, we be killing shit. There are others who try their hardest, but they ain’t killing nothing or letting nothing die.”
