Gangsta Gangsta

Anderson .Paak and his Free Nationals band are back and commission A$AP Rocky on their band’s new single, “Gangsta”. It checks in with its music video, directed by Francois Rousselet.

Anchored by .Paak’s funky hook and his psychedelic production, Pretty Flacko delivers bars full of swag and bravado. The visual depicts young versions of Anderson and A$AP in various scenarios including riots, a courtroom proceeding, and more.

“Yeah, I roll to my perfection and I smoke with no detection / Baddest hoes in my direction, ain’t no hoe in my reflection,” raps the Harlem MC from a hangar and riding shotty with .Paak behind the wheel.

Rocky continues, “I get chicks for my complexion, I’m a pimp, I know you guessed it / Can’t be bitchin’, can’t be questioned, I got gold in my complexion.”

This is A$AP Rocky’s first music release since last summer’s “Riot” and the Free Nationals’ since their self-titled album, Free Nationals.
