For those who actually WATCHED this argument on TV, Lupe made a good argument. The only people who might have been offended by his comment, are ignorant souls plagued with post-911 Patriotism, and blacks that only like Obama for being black.
O’Reilly entered the argument biased, because the firstthing he said was, “Rappers making outraegeous statements is nothing new to us.” So he had the intention of not believing a rapper, even an educated one, such as Lupe. Another thing, is that EVERYONE who is reporting something about this interview, is only reporting that soundbit of him calling Obama a terrorist, thats why Lupe put it back into context at the beggining of the argument.
Lupe made a good point, POLITICS ARE NOT HARD TO UNDERSTAND, all you have to do is read. Its as clear as day. But people like to make them out to seem like some complex entity that only geniouses can understand.
Not to say that O’Rielly didn’t make some good points, BUT the key to winning an argument is to look at it from both sides. Although you may not agree with the person who has different idea, try to understand why they’re thinking that way, and more than likely, you’ll win. Bill doesn’t play that way. He see’s someone thats labeled a rapper, and takes them as a joke. He wouldn’t even let Lupe talk, without cutting him off anyway.
It was a bit of stretch to call Obama a terrorist, but at the same time, he said “Obama and every president before him and every president after him.” But people are making Lupe to be this crazy person who is saying random shit, when he obviously has reasoning behind it. America’s foreign policies should be worked on, because everyone seems to hate the good ol’ USA right now, so was Lupe really wrong for giving his opinion? Is anyone really wrong for THEIR OPINION??? Its not a fact, just a personal opinion, but people don’t like opposition, therefore people hate on Lupe.

terrorists groups are anti-government establishments that, through fear and intimidation, to try and make their ideal known. based on the rules of basic need for human beings, and the anti-government ideal of terrorists, it is unreasonable for anyone to call a government such as the united states or its president (whoever that may be) a terrorist.
the same goes for the people who think that “Obama was doing what he thought was best, and bin laden was doing what he thought was best so no one is right”. don’t kid yourself, when a certain group goes against the basic assumption of human needs i.e. physiological, social, etc. etc. ( which the U.S. promotes and terrorist groups denounce) the phrase “doing what they thought was right” is more distant that previously assumed upon.
Simply put: Obama (and preceding presidents), the U.S. government and other such organizations, are for the promotion of the for-mentioned basic human needs and desires (though not perfect); and terrorist organizations are simply not.
conclusion: argument unfounded, and completely devoid of cognizant, rational thought.
