Cool & Dre’s new artist, Don Trip is teaming up with Starlito for a new project called, Step Brothers. The Fader lets us hear the first leak which is a 7 minute freestyle over various beats. The tape will be dropping on July 25th.

I think it’s safe to say that Alchemist & Evidence “bit” off of Adam McKay’s film starring John C. Reilly & Will Ferrell. I’ll be the first to admit that maybe we were inspired by the film as well. I’ve never heard of Evidence prior to now, and I don’t follow Alchemist closely enough to steal anything. It’s always funny to me how people don’t comment about the material (song), but instead find something to slight. Listen to the song, if you think it’s trash say as much. As an artist, I can accept opinionative criticism. It’s difficult to accept blind ignorance. Most comments probably come from people that don’t even press play…Stepbrothers July 25
