Over night, a terrible and false rumor was started that Kanye West died in a car accident. It’s completely untrue and his ladyfriend took to Twitter (where RIP Kanye West is still a trending topic) to clear up the madness.
The Taylor Swift thing was wrong but it’s amazing how much heat this guy still has on him. So much for a post-racial America.

I was strictly speaking about the public reaction to the Taylor Swift thing not the fake death thing, I know that happens to a lot of celebrities. My point is if that was a white person doing to another white person or Kanye doing to another black person the public reaction would not have been this harsh.

Um…racism still exists. Get over it people! Kanye is an asshole, always was and always will be. But I do believe that alotta factors come into play, not just race. It was a man disrespecting a woman, and OLDER man disrespecting a YOUNG woman, a rapper disrespecting a country singer, and then to top it off, a black man disrespecting a white woman…..so yeah race, might have had something to do with it, but there’s lots of other factors too.
