This evening, Em scored a Moon Man for his video, “We Made You” at the MTV Awards. During his speech, he thanks the usual suspects and the big homie Proof.

dude Marshall was great. really fucking great! i would have never expected him to jump araund and sing a sassy song.he’s Eminem, he’s never gonna do that kind of things. but you could see on his face that he was soooo happy. and the last part of the speech dedicated to proof..common.it was great.really touched me. you don’t have to jump around so that you get to somebody. he knows that and his fans know it so everyone else don’t really matter. great speech Marshall! one of the best speeches of the evening. i’m glad you’re keeping it real, after everything that happened. sorry for proof once again.i’m sure he’s very proud of you.

This was the highlight of the evening to me. Lol never thought i’d say this but Eminem had the most normal moment of the evening. He accepted his award with grace, thanked everyone he was supposed to without rambling and he looked v.good while doing it. Lol. I just hope R2 trumps Relapse in the quality region.

ALSO.. WHERE IN THE WORLD DOES EMINEM GO? He never seems to walk the red carpet like everyone else. When he’s in the audience the camera never pans onto him, he never seems to go to any of the after parties! Why does he seclude himself from the rest of hollywood so much?
