T.I and lil wayne are the two greatest rappers from the South. and Im not necessarily talking lyrical content ( though both have proven themselves to be brilliant MC’s) but im talking the overrall package. they both busted through thresholds and reached heights outside of their norm. Big boi & Andre have had big careers also, but not individually (except Andre with “Hey ya’ )
