Screened across the country this past weekend, Kanye has decided to share the HD version of his American Psycho-inspired short film online which serves as his album’s promo. Yeezus available now.
@ C…. Rapradar commenters are too ignorant to consider any art form without a reference to the “hood.” So they’ve clearly have never seen or even considered seeing such a film.
For the idiot at the top of the page….. usually when North Americans see something unexpected, they remark “Jesus” assuming they’re religious or even not. The footage above played unexpectedly, and it showed a violent nonsensical attack, hence you would remark “Jesus.”
You figure the rest out dummy.

ya’ll don’t get it
ye has tapped into a whole new lane. he’s giving you all this new, weird and obscure stuff to talk about. word of mouth is what promoted kanye’s album, not marketing, interviews, shows or singles. all of you hating on it and telling everyone what a weird piece of shit it is, is exactly what he’s trying to do and its working. he’s above rap now
my hat goes off to you kanye… you weird weird genius
Oj da Cornball says:
Wack and ruined a classic scene.
Word says:
Album was pretty bad TO ME. Actually lemme rephrase that…I did not enjoy the album
I won’t say its bad because folks loved it and blah blah, but I miss the old Kanye. All this new shit he doing doesn’t appeal to me. First 3 albums fire, just having fun and all that. 808s was necessary for his mood at that point. MBDTF was pretty good I suppose. But I dont know what the fuk YEEZUS is.
In terms of just music to listen to, I don’t wanna hear Kanye anymore. Bound 2 and Hold my Liquor and Black Skinhead were fine, but other songs were just his attempt to appear to be smarter than everyone else I guess.
And that’s really where Kanye is losing me. Instead of trying so hard to appear to be above the competition or ahead of the curve, just make good music. Enough of the pissing contest. would’ve likes more bound 2 and less on sight or send it up.
P Bateman says:
considering Bret Easton Ellis himself picked Scott Disick as one of his ideal people to play Patrick Bateman in the new movie adaption of American Psycho that video was GENIUS.
glass says:
ACT-TINGGGG. I don’t mind Scott Disick but that was godawful
Tev Milli says:
@JB get off my dick…
Thats all I have 2 say
The Truth says:
I think “Yeezus” was kanye’s last album requirement for Roc-A-Fella/Def Jam. He probably decided not to do a “best of album” and threw this garbage together to be different. It seems like it was initially supposed to be an album going against the system (i.e Black Skinhead & New Slaves) but somebody probably talked him out of it, so he pulled some songs out his hard drive and called it a day.
So Lord Disick the guy with the ax is supposed to be all you faggots in the comments section comparing one peice of work to another. Lord Disick also inboddies Kanye stans who approach each album the same. Defending it to today’s standards (billboard, “smash single”)
IMO

Btw…The term genius is being used too loosely. Just because something is hard to describe doesn’t mean the person creating it is a genius.

Not everything should be considered art, this is simply a commercial that re creates one of the most famous scenes in film history. Scott Dissick’s acting was horrible in my opinion, but that could be because of his voice. The other guy did okay, the scene where he actually swings the axe killed the whole thing, I think any film studies college student could of had done a better job with the budget they used for this short clip. The concept was great, delivery was poor, reaction that it will generate among haters and fanboys will make the earth explode!
