Ja Rule appeared before a Manhattan judge today and failed to have his gun possession case tossed. On the flipside, his marijuna charge was dismissed. Loki was arrested in 2007 following a concert at the Beacon Theater in NYC. If found guilty, the rapper faces three and half years in prison.
