Def Jam 30 Anniversary Concert

Def Jam turned the big 3-0 this year. And on October 16, the label is holding a concert at the Barclays Center with some of their present and past stars. This should be good. Tickets go on sale August 22 at 10 a.m.
“It’s very exciting to be able to be part of such a special announcement—Def Jam Recordings 30th Anniversary Concert at the iconic Barclay Center— which solidifies and continues forward the enduring mark the brand has made on pop culture,” said Steve Bartels, CEO of Def Jam Recordings. “Including the very artists that have pioneered the beginnings of the storied label, to showcasing the new dynamic and current superstars in the making, this concert is the can’t miss event of the year.”
In addition to the concert, Def Jam is releasing a limited edition box set curated by Rick Rubin. You can pre-order it here until August 21.
