Commemorating the 15 year anniversary of Shady Records, Eminem is set to release the SHADYXV compilation on November 24. The double disc will feature some of the label’s greatest hits as well as new material from Em, Slaughterhouse, Bad Meets Evil, D-12 and Yelawolf. The project’s first single is the Sia collaboration, “Guts Over Fear”. Download it here.
Heh, kinda figured a brand new Eminem album was too good to be true… On a completely unrelated note though, I’m ready for a Eminem album that’s only exclusively produced by Em himself, Dr. Dre, Luis Resto and Jeff Bhasker with features from his past frequent collaborators! Em rapping over anything else just doesn’t work as well imo…
Nah, what em really needs to do is actually use his relationship with alchemist and get an album going with nothing but him producing.

…yet the two dopest songs on his latest album were produced by S1 (Bad Guy) and the other by Cardiak (Groundhog Day). But “Em rapping over anything else just doesn’t work well”. smh.

50’s last album sold 45,000 copies lol when Eminem releases an album he sells 43,000 copies in a half hour lol if 50 was “holding down” shady records, he would still be on the label and wouldn’t be getting out-rhymed by kidd kidd .. I used to be a huge fan of 50 but his rhymes are too damn simple to interest me now.. rhyming “bread” with “head” and “dough” with “hoe” just aint cutting it in 2014

I read the info on Em’s site as well as here and I’m still confused, I get that it’s greatest hits from the shady label, but is the second disk purely new eminem material because from what i read i thought it would be more like the re-up, Clarification anyone?

This is gonna be DOPE! Love it. I really was hoping this was gonna be a new EMINEM album but I LOVE THE 15 years of Shady Records concept. Classic Em and D12. Shady has done nothing but put out SMASH rap records. They pretty much own all of rap records. Can’t wait fam.
