The-Dream is LEGENDARY. Period. His track record speaks for itself & people don’t recognize for unthinkable reasons, idk. R&B is definitely a lost genre these days due to rappers wanting to live the rapper lifestyle & taking the rapper approach on “bitches” but Dream has always made music that places WOMEN in a GREAT light. Yeah, he’s not the greatest singer BY FAR but as far as his songwriting & production goes, not too many on his level in this era. I salute that & respect it. First two albums are fuckin classic. IV LOVE wasn’t no SLACKER either! This song is great with a dope ass message to WOMEN, not HOES. Can’t wait for the new album. He never disappoints. #Fruition #TIMELESS
Dream used to be amazing now he’s making cringe worthy songs like this. Take this line, “Holding you close loving you endlessly”. **BARF** I hope Dream is being ironic, but it comes off as lazy and pandering to me.
