Nothing grimy about NY? Apparently they haven’t been to the South Bronx, Harlem on a Saturday night, Brownsville, ENY, Jamaica after dark, or Far Rock. SMH! It’s still like 400 murders a year w/ a relatively small geographical area w/ border line martial law. I wouldn’t sleep. Not ’91 or even 2001, but def would not sleep on it. Not particularly feeling this track. It’s a classic break beat, but the sample is too crispy; it takes away from the griminess of it.
