Earlier this week, Game weighed in on the public educational system. Chuck rationalized that school was a government ploy and nothing more than a babysitter. Hey little kids, don’t follow these dopes.

I kinda see where he comes from though, at a certain point in school you don’t really learn much of anything, Public schools anyway. Once I was in HS it was just show up and I pass. No real studying or hard work necessary. That being said I don’t think it is useless, it is a place where you get together with your friends and make it fun for yourself.
The Game might go after the wrong rappers sometimes (Jay) but the last few days of him giving Knocturnal the business and now these tweets have made me like him more & more.

He has a point. When i got to high school it seemed as if i was just showing up so i could meet up with friends. The combination of me feeling like i was waisting my time and risking my life ( having guns shoved in my face on a regular bases) made me want to drop out.
Then again i know that was just because i was forced to go to a Detroit public school.

For most people who didn’t go to a good high school, Yea, you might think school is dumb and you didn’t learn much. I bet if you went to Ivy school or Specialized school you would think the other way. Don’t let the ghetto fool you into thinking the world is fucked up expand yourself.

With that said, I kinda feel him on this whole thing. I went to public schools and every single day I find myself on the net researching some historic world event that seems to be common knowledge to people that went to a different school system. Sometimes I don’t think they want us to know that much about history so we can repeat it. From Rome to the Wild West there are specific reasons why they ended badly and if you don’t know that, you’re bound to repeat their mistakes.

OMG this is so sad, and to read some of these response is very disappointing. I went to a good public school, if I failed a test it was my own fault for not studying. Education is very important, that is why Black people suffer so much. Most choose not to get an education therefore can not get a good job and then blame everyone else but themselves. You can’t succeed in life with out an education. One more bad CD Game will wish he had an education.

That home school was wack dawg. I swear to god on everything I would guess all of my homework and get a 3.0 higher every fucking semester. Why 3.0 up? Because sometimes I wouldn’t hand in my homework on the right time. Points deduced from that. They only cared ’bout you showing up and bringing homework. Nigga fuck that even more. My teacher told me the truth about the CAT test. He told me it’s all about the money for the school. Niggas know that but home boy told me that he shouldn’t be telling me this. Me and my brother didn’t come for CAT that year.
